Some more HDR and Long Exposure photography for you guys. Shot on the Canon Rebel T3i on the 18-55mm f3.5-f5.6 lens. I used Magic Lantern v2.3 for the HDR. Edited using Adobe Lightroom 4 and HRDtist. Enjoy.

My Photography Niche
Right now I'm in this phase an a photographer were I want to find my niche, something that I can do better than someone else. I like to think I'm pretty good with concert photography, but there's really only so much you can do. I'm focusing on three categories: HDR (High-Dynamic Range), Long exposure, and Macro. Here's some photos from today with doing HDR and Long exposure. I plan on doing a lot more tomorrow. To keep posted follow me on Twitter and Instagram.
Canon Rebel T3i w/ 18-55mm. ISO 1250-4EV, 1/60 sec, f4. HDR
Canon Rebel T3i w/ 18-55mm. ISO 1250-4EV, 1/60 sec, f3.5. HDR
Canon Rebel T3i w/ 18-55mm. ISO 100, 3.2 sec, f6.3. ND14 -6 Stops
Canon Rebel T3i w/ 18-55mm. ISO 100, 1/25, f3.5 HDR
I wanted to throw in this photo to show you guys how awesome Adobe Lightroom 4 is. I'm thinking about doing a review soon. Let me know what you guys think. The pink color is from my really, really cheap ND filters.

New Gear
I just bought myself a new Manfrotto tripod from B&H Photo. This is really exciting for me for 2 reasons.1) This is the first time I've ever ordered gear from an actual gear site, and I love it. I now have a HUGE wish list on B&H as a result of this experience. The gear was superb quality, affordable, and arrived fast (And now they're not paying me to say that, it's what I really think).

2) This is my first tripod that is new and is mine. The tripod I've been using for the last 5 years has been on loan to me for those 5 years. And the tripod broke shortly after I got it, so I've been using a broken tripod for a long time. All of my content has been filmed on this broken tripod and has been a hassle. It's not like a new tripod is going to make my videos better, but it'll make them easier and will allow me to do a few new things I couldn't do before.
So all in all, I'm really happy with this purchase. I'll release a video review next Tuesday on December 11th, so be sure to subscribe on YouTube at www.youtube.com/aaronmefferd or follow on Vimeo at www.vimeo.com/aaronmefferd.

Movie Review-500 Days of Summer
Rating: 5/5
Now I will come out right away and say this, I love this movie. It is literally my favorite movie OF ALL TIME! Like the beginning of the movie says, this is a story of a boy and girl, but it's not a love story.
The plot of the movie is great. We've all been in that position where you find a girl that seems just perfect for you, she's your dream girl. As time goes on however you start to see the problems arise. The characters are absolutely lovable. Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) is a funny, sarcastic, charming guy. You can feel il his affection for Summer. Summer (Zoeey Deschanel) is a cute, modern, almost hipster.
The concept of the jumping timeliness amazing! It jumps from day 400 something, all the way back to day 1. The story will jump from one day to a completely different day, based on a single moment or location. It's an inspiring concept for a movie.
I would highly recommend this movie to anyone that like indie movies, love stories, not so love stories, or JGL.
